These Terms of Use govern your use of the Vokka mobile application. By downloading or using Vokka, you agree to these terms.
Vokka is an AI-powered language learning application that provides conversational practice, exercises, pronunciation assessment, and personalized learning plans. The app is powered by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Whisper, and others).
You agree to use Vokka only for lawful language learning purposes. You must not:
Vokka uses AI to generate responses, exercises, and feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Vokka is a learning aid and should not be the sole source of language instruction.
Vokka may offer paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not process payments directly.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Vokka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using the app will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vokka and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
